After selecting a puppy, choose the handoff option that works for your family. Pickup and delivery availability must be confirmed in writing, with the destination, timing and any transportation charge clearly documented.
A $500 refundable reservation fee holds an approved puppy and is handled according to the written reservation terms. Families may instead complete the full purchase and arrange pickup or delivery when the puppy is ready.
The reservation fee secures the selected puppy under the written terms. For delivery, the remaining take-home fee and any agreed transportation cost must be confirmed before arrangements begin. Keep receipts and written payment details.
Before homecoming, review the purchase agreement, reservation terms and two-year health guarantee. Available veterinary records, vaccination information and other applicable documents accompany the puppy.
Once arrangements are complete, the puppy can be picked up or transported using the agreed method. Timing can vary because of puppy readiness, weather and transportation schedules, so rely on the confirmed written plan.
